This website is operated by Cardora Collectables. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cardora Collectables. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

 

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

 

Section 1 - Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

 

Section 2 - Right to Cancel Orders & Anti-Bot Policy

We reserve the absolute right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us for any reason.

  • We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

  • Anti-Bot / Anti-Scalping Measures: The use of automated scripts, software bots, or multiple accounts to bypass purchase limits on high-demand, limited-allocation collectible items is strictly prohibited. Any orders flagged by our fraud-prevention systems as potentially utilizing automated software will be cancelled immediately without warning.

Section 3 - Product Pricing, Availability, & MSRP Errors

While Cardora Collectables is fully committed to selling sealed collectible products at standard Canadian MSRP, prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

  • In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to a system glitch or typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Section 4 - Pre-Order Policy & Allocations

Pre-orders allow you to secure an item before its official release date. All pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase to guarantee your allocation.

  • Manufacturer Allocations: On rare occasions, manufacturers or distributors may cut product allocations to retail stores prior to release. While we strictly manage our pre-order numbers based on initial distributor confirmations, if an allocation cut occurs, we will fulfill orders chronologically based on purchase timestamp. Any unfulfilled pre-orders will be cancelled and refunded in full.

  • Release Delays: Release dates are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change. Cardora Collectables is not responsible for any manufacturer-driven production or shipping delays.

Section 5 - Shipping & Delivery Risks

All items purchased from Cardora Collectables are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier (e.g., Canada Post, UPS). We are not responsible for packages stolen from doorsteps or mailboxes after a confirmed delivery scan by the carrier.

Section 6 - Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

 

Section 7 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
