Thank you for choosing Cardora Collectables! We are proud to serve the Canadian and international hobby communities. We take maximum care in packing your orders, utilizing heavy-duty bubble wrap, proper box sizing, and corner protection to ensure your items arrive in pristine, factory-sealed condition.
1. Processing Times

In-Stock Items: All standard in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and statutory Canadian holidays).

Pre-Orders: Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped completely together once all items in the order have officially released. If you want in-stock items to ship immediately, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order products.

You will receive a notification via email once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates (Within Canada)
We primarily utilize major Canadian carriers (including Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx) to deliver your packages securely. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and dimensions.

Tracked Shipping: All hobby boxes, elite trainer boxes, and high-value orders are shipped via fully tracked parcel services. Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days depending on your proximity to our shipping hub in Ontario.

Lettermail Shipping (Singles & Light Items Only): For small orders consisting strictly of individual card singles or up to two individual standard booster packs, we offer an affordable, non-tracked, flat-rate lettermail option.

Please note: Lettermail shipping is chosen entirely at the buyer's own risk. Cardora Collectables is not responsible for transit delays or lost items for orders sent via non-tracked lettermail.

3. Shipping to the United States
We happily ship to collectors across the United States.

Orders are shipped via tracked international services (Canada Post/USPS or UPS).

International transit times typically range from 4 to 10 business days, depending on customs processing.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes: The recipient is entirely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by the United States government upon entry.
4. Risk of Loss & Insurance
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the physical care of that package transitions to the carrier.

All standard tracked parcel shipments include base coverage.

If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier's tracking scan, Cardora Collectables is not responsible for subsequent doorstep theft, mailroom loss, or localized porch piracy. Please ensure your delivery location is safe and secure.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Buyers are strictly responsible for inputting their correct, complete shipping details (including apartment or suite numbers) at checkout.

If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided by the customer, the buyer will be responsible for covering the secondary shipping charge to re-send the package. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
